HUSH Hush Entertainment pub on Hongkong Street, had an unexpected visitor on Thursday: a man who drove his car straight towards the front door on Thursday and stopped in front of it.

The pub said nothing was damaged.

The driver of the car was not injured but his rear-seat passenger, a woman in her 50s, suffered chest pains and felt faint, said the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

She was taken to the Singapore General Hospital. No one else was hurt.

The accident took place around 11.45am. The car mounted the kerb after it had collided with another vehicle.
